(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：本工程最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含*园林项目负责人（不得同时兼任二个及以上项目）、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）各1名；4、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （iii）Requirements for the Proposed Personnel of the Project Management Organization at the Construction Site:
The project shall be staffed with no less than 5 personnel (inclusive), including one each of the following:
Landscape Project Manager (who shall not concurrently hold a position in two or more projects),
Safety Officer,
Quality Controller,
Material Officer,
Intermediate Landscape Gardener (Team Leader).
（iv）This project is specially for procurement from small, medium and micro enterprises.
